There is also an optional module to become and accredited Happiness at Work Consultant. In this extra remote session, we share our unique survey and data, gathered over the last 15 years, from all over the world on how to improve happiness at work. We also provide a workbook with solutions, training sessions and models to help improve the level of happiness at a team, department, or organizational level. The outcome is that you can increase the level of engagement and happiness in your organization.
