Tom is an executive coach and organizational development consultant with 25 years’ experience working with leaders and their teams. He is passionate about people and behavior and has studied extensively in the field of organizational psychology. 

Tom’s areas of specialism include creating coaching cultures, developing internal coaching capacity, coach supervision and CPD for coaches.  

As an executive coach, Tom works at a deep level, uncovering ingrained patterns of behavior, supporting senior executives to deliver transformational leadership.

As a team coach and board facilitator, Tom enables people to have the conversations they need to have, so that the team as a whole can deliver the standard of leadership required of them by the organization and their stakeholders.

Tom is also a professional expedition leader, and a keen modern jive and blues dancer.
