Jess is Chair and Founder of the iOpener Institute, having recently swapped to a non-executive role to do what she loves best; contribute as an NED, work with senior teams, coach executive board members, write and research.
Her clients include retail, FMCG, banking, consulting, creative, education, health, manufacturing, publishing and engineering industries as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors. Her interests lie in leadership, talent, succession planning, engagement, well-being and mental health.
With two publications under her belt, Happiness at Work: Maximizing Your Psychological Capital For Success (2010) and Running Great Meetings & Workshops For Dummies (2014), she has an assistant research position at Keble College, Oxford while she writes her third. This book, focusing on female leadership, will be a practical how-to guide for any woman aiming to get a senior position.
Jess also contributes as visiting faculty at Cass Business School.
