Mark is a qualified coach, coach supervisor, facilitator, mediator, Person Centered counsellor and is a registered Training Academy with the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Over 20 years of his career has been spent successfully developing others.
As Head of Learning & Development for Prudential PLC, Mark has provided leadership & management development, coaching for directors and senior managers and effective development solutions for colleagues on the front line in sales and customer service. He also provided mediation in workplace dispute resolution.
Mark now focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, and supervision for qualified coaches, facilitation and business consultancy.
His life's purpose is simple "to help other people, help other people". With his strong commercial focus, understanding of return on investment and shareholder value, Mark uses his deep and wide knowledge to help teams and individuals at all levels.
In order to maintain his practical leadership skills he is in an interim role as MD of a construction company and owns a small classic car restoration business.
