Jeff, an Executive Team Coach, Facilitator, and Mandarin speaker, has made his home in Asia for 25 years. His interest in helping organisations develop the potential of senior leaders has led him to focus his career on leadership development, particularly effective collaboration.
Specialising in one-on-one and team coaching for C-Level leaders, Jeff also facilitates senior leadership teams toward stronger alignment and more effective collaboration. Jeff’s 30 years of experience in the technology and human capital consulting industries includes functional specialization in business development and in talent assessment, development, and transition. Previous corporate associations include Hewlett Packard, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, and Russell Reynolds Associates, with assignments in Tokyo and Hong Kong. He has coached senior leaders of MNCs in the technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and financial services industries.
He completed formal coach training with, and is certified as an Integral Coach by, New Ventures West, one of the earliest and most respected coach training firms accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also an Adjunct Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, and holds the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati.
Jeff founded the Shanghai Coaches’ Learning Group in 2008, and is also a founding member of what is now called the Hong Kong Inernational Coaching Community. He is also a member of the ICF, the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, and the International Association of Facilitators. In his spare time Jeff is a volunteer with Lifeline Shanghai.
