iOpener’s Happiness at Work assessment is a unique, academically-backed tool that collects input on 25 specific measurements relevant to work happiness. The tool allows you to assess, analyse and act on the important factors that drive work happiness and, in turn, high performance.

Each assessment report combines a ‘headline’ score for work happiness with specific recommendations for improving an organisation’s, team’s or individual’s happiness at work. Our reports enable you to identify and compare the happiness hotspots as well as challenge areas in your team or organisation. With this information at your fingertips, and our consultants at your side, we can co-create powerful workshops to ensure positive change.

Our Happiness at Work team reports give an insight into how your team is faring and what can be strengthened to enhance work happiness. The data insights from our team reports form the basis for a guided conversation about the things that matter to team happiness and performance.
